- 1 Banana (cut into chucks)

Ingredients:
- ¼ cup Tofu
- 1 ½ cups Pineapple
- ¼ cup Plain Non Fat Yogurt
- 1 Banana
- Fresh or frozen Strawberries and Mango

- 2 cups Water
- 2 cups Cashews (soaked in water for 4-8 hours)
- 1 cup Raspberries (frozen)
- 1 cup Peaches (frozen)
- 2 tbsp Agave Nectar
- 2 tbsp Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Darin the cashews from the soaked water and add them in a blender. Add fresh water and blend till smooth.
